These semi-detached homes range in size from 1990-3710 square feet. Square footage can include a self-contained lower level walk-out suite with a separate entrance. Not all the units are complete, so this is your chance to tailor your vacation home to your specification.

About the investment
The resort is currently owned and operated by a group of 150 shareholders with a vested interest in maintaining a regional ski area in Southern Alberta. Purchasers in Timberock Village will also acquire a share in the ownership and operation of Castle Mountain Resort. At present, lots are subject to a 40 year freehold lease with an automatic renewal fee which remains to be set. All shareowners at CMR will have a shared investment to protect - anticipated outcome is a move towards freehold titles
