High Forest is Big White’s newest log cabin master planned neighbourhood. Cabins are nestled within a forested “removed but not remote” location and offer spectacular Monashee Mountain views. Architectural guidelines ensure homes are crafted within our mountain log cabin theme. Residences range from quaint weekend getaways to custom log homes. Our first 10 Phase 1 Cabins start at $365,000 and are available for purchase by Reservation only. Rental and property management services are available making this a completely worry free investment

It is highly recommended to express interest now, as priority for registrants will be given on a first-come, first-served basis. This means that those who express interest early (with no financial commitment at this time) will be given first choice on Cabins.

There are 3 phases with a total of 38 Cabins.

Prices will increase by phase, so this is truly the best time to get involved in the investment.

Price Ranges

Cabins start at CDN$365,000(€253,093 / £181,189 ) up to CDN$499,000 for a large 3/4 bedroom customised cabin.

Financial

At this stage, a 10% refundable deposit will be required, to be held in trust.

Closings will be starting in Summer 2008 at which time the remainder of the purchase price will be required.
