Management and rental information
Full management option with higher than average rental income is in place. Managed on-site, there is a lot of demand for accommodation at this resort, so your rental is virtually guaranteed by high occupancy rates at the mountain.
Transportation
Connections from the UK going to Rossland are via Kelowna. This is
due to connection times, whereby an overnight stay would actually be
required in Calgary. The return would be via Castlegar as the
connections are very good.
The Castlegar airport is just 30 minutes down the highway and Kelowna’s
airport is 3 hours west of Rossland. Another option is Pacific Coastal
Airlines who offers daily scheduled air service between Trail and
Vancouver.
Site Visits
Ski Safari can arrange for a site visit to any destination where we
offer properties. We will also arrange for you to visit as many
properties as you would like, including activities once you are there.
