Clay Brook provides turn-key ownership with a host of amenities including: underground parking and valet services, personal concierge, private owner's lounge, owner storage units, boot warming and ski valet services, year-round outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, health club membership and golf club privileges.

Clay Brook owner privileges

Ownership at Clay Brook affords you the privileged life: second home ownership with none of the hassles; holiday property with the comforts of home; and club benefits whether you're in residence or not.  Holiday use is one of the primary privileges of ownership at Clay Brook.  Whether you're at your apartment for a weekend, a week or months at a time, your home-away-from-home is really an inclusive getaway.  Your personal concierge service ensures that all your needs, from tee times to theatre reservations are met.  Daily housekeeping and a host of valet services allow you to relax without ever lifting a finger.  Underground parking and storage units ensure your belongings are safe and dry - even when you're not there!  Additionally, the heated outdoor pool and hot tubs, and private Owners Club, are perfect for spending time with family and friends.  A full list of amenities and services is available on request.

Planning your holidays should be an enjoyable experience.  The Reciprocal Use and Space Available Programs help facilitate the planning process for fractional owners at Clay Brook.  We will endeavour to accommodate holiday reservations during periods of outside of designated ownership through an internal exchange with other Clay Brook owners.  This program accommodates those fractional owners whose travel plans are flexible: a reservation can be made within 72 hours of intended arrival in a unit of equal or smaller size if occupancy is forecasted to be less than 80%.  The owner will only be charged for housekeeping.

Owners at Clay Brook have the opportunity to experience luxury accommodations throughout the world through our membership with the "Registry Collection, which provides the world's leading exchange portfolio for luxury resort property owners.  Clay Brook management will pay annual membership dues for the first 2 years of residence.  Thereafter, membership is optional and annual dues are only $250. 

Owners at Clay Brook may participate in the rental management program, the goals of which are to provide utmost convenience and maximize rental income. 

Quarter ownership

This is not time share.  Quarter ownership means that you have freehold title over one quarter of the property, sharing with 3 other owners.  Because the property is fully managed, you do not need to know or meet the other owners.  The title of quarter ownership can be placed in trust, sold or willed just like any property.  The advantage to quarter ownership is that it is an affordable way of owning a luxury apartment.  You will be entitled to 13 weeks usage of your apartment, and the time you do not use can be put into the rental pool program, thereby benefiting from an income on your property.
