St Anton is a world class ski resort for good reason - it ticks all of the boxes on a skier’s wish list. It is easily accessible from Zurich airport by train, car or private transfer, its ski area is expansive, steep and challenging and the historic Tyrolean village is charming and picturesque. St Anton has an excellent après ski culture –after a hard days skiing stop at the Krazy Kanguruh, kick off those ski boots (literally) and party.. or if you fancy a more Tyrolean experience drop in at the Mooserwirt for a gluhwein. There are plenty of bars and clubs to keep the party hungry happy.
St Anton is perfect for strong intermediates and advanced skiers but its steep gradients aren’t beginner friendly. The skiing is split between sunny Rendl, with a choice of reds and blues and a terrain park, and Gampen and Kapall. There is also St Cristoph which is approached by a long blue run down to a pretty hamlett which is home to the famous 5* Hotel Hospiz Alm where you can take a break and enjoy a steaming hot chocolate in front of a huge roaring fire.
Holidays to St Anton are 7 days only. The hotels do not take short break or weekend bookings.
