"Big White was a great experience - although we didn't expect it to be "little Australia". It would have been nice to see more Canadians working in the resort - that aside everyone was very accommodating and helpful. The accommodation in Stonebridge Lodge was first class - by luck the apartment we used had a great location and provided excellent views of the valley and Monashee Mountains beyond. Skiing was unbelievable, probably the best quality of snow I've ever skied on and there was plenty of it. My son had his first experience of snowboarding waist deep in powder and even my wife who hasn't been on skis for longer than I can remember, actually took some lessons - she said it would be a crime not to ski on such fabulous snow! Being away at Christmas can't be beaten - best of all was skiing with Santa on Christmas Day!!"

"Childcare and children lessons second to none anywhere; the children were demanding to be taken into the next Rocky Raccoon or Jumping Joey lesson! France was but a dim and miserable memory. The Condos and Townhouses are fantastic; open hot tubs looking at the skies through a champagne glass memorable. More than enough double black tracks to challenge a Brit for a week or ten days. "
