Skiing holidays to
Breckenridge USA

Expert Opinion

“After working here for 3 winters, it has to be said Breckenridge is one of my favourite resorts in Colorado! This is because it's kept the traditional mining town look of the old west. Breckenridge is a fantastic family friendly resort with an excellent ski school. There are plenty of great restaurants in town which are really affordable for families. Another plus for Breckenridge it has a big City Market (food supermarket) making this even easier for people staying in condos. It also offers the best base to explore all the other resorts in the area with Vail, Beaver Creek and Keystone within 45 min drive and included on the lift pass”

"I went for 10 days mid February. Powder was amazingly good on topmost pistes, waist deep off piste. Main runs were a bit over-groomed. Very friendly skiers, short well-disciplined lift queues, easy to make day trips by public bus to Beaver Creek, Copper Mountain. Altitude oxygen deficit makes alcohol hazardous. Food good and cheap, nightlife lively. Best skiing I have had in 25 years. "
